The Tango Lesson, written and directed by Sally Potter tells the story of a
woman who, dissatisfied with her latest screenplay, stumbles upon the Argentine
Tango and tango dancer Pablo Veron. A romance begins between Sally and Pablo
Veron as he teaches her tango...
The film was shot mostly in black and white in Paris and Buenos Aires.
In this very special scene, some even consider it the best from the movie, Sally Potter dances with some of the best tango teachers and old milongueros from Argentina. The tango we can hear on this scene is El Flete by Juan D´Arienzo.
