The Tango Lesson, written and directed by Sally Potter tells the story of a
woman who, dissatisfied with her latest screenplay, stumbles upon the Argentine
Tango and tango dancer Pablo Veron. A romance begins between Sally and Pablo
Veron as he teaches her tango...
The film was shot mostly in black and white in Paris and Buenos Aires.
The tango vals beautifully interpreted by Pablo Veron and Sally Potter in this scene is Amor Y Celos by Miguel Padula and performed by Juan D`Arienzo Orquesta.
Pablo Veron is a worldwide recognized dancer with a unique style. Veron danced and performed in many musicals, movies and shows. He began teaching tango in 1991 when he moved to Paris.
